1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MetricFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
MetricFlow provides a Facebook Ads management dashboard that allows users to:
- View campaign performance analytics (spend, impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR)
- Pause and resume campaigns and ad sets
- Edit campaign daily and lifetime budgets
- Duplicate existing campaigns
- Create automated rules for campaign management
3. Facebook Permissions
MetricFlow requests ads_read and ads_management permissions from Facebook. By granting these permissions, you authorize MetricFlow to read your ad account data and perform the management actions described above on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
- Management actions (pause, budget edits, duplications) are applied after user confirmation and directly to your Facebook account
- MetricFlow cannot permanently delete campaigns, ad sets, ads, or ad accounts
- You retain full ownership and control of your Facebook advertising account
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all actions taken through your connected account. You agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Facebook's policies
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or abuse the service
- Maintain the security of your Facebook account credentials
- Review any automated rule actions before enabling them on active campaigns
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
MetricFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. Facebook API availability and rate limits are outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
MetricFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to unintended campaign changes resulting from automated rules, data inaccuracies from the Facebook API, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
You may stop using MetricFlow at any time and revoke access via Facebook Settings → Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
