Data Deletion
Last updated: March 2026
Good news: MetricFlow does not store any personal data or Facebook tokens on our servers. There is nothing for us to delete on our end — your data never leaves your browser session.
What data does MetricFlow store?
MetricFlow does not persist any user data. Here is exactly what happens with your information:
1
Your Facebook access token is stored only in your browser session memory — never sent to or saved on our servers.
2
Auto-rule configurations are saved in your browser's localStorage only — local to your device, never transmitted anywhere.
3
Campaign data and metrics are fetched in real time from Facebook's API and displayed only in your browser. We cache nothing.
4
When you log out or close the tab, all session data is after user confirmation discarded.
How to revoke access completely
To remove MetricFlow' access to your Facebook account entirely, follow these steps:
1
Go to Facebook.com and open Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2
Navigate to Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
3
Find MetricFlow in the list of connected apps.
4
Click Remove to after user confirmation revoke all tokens and permissions.
This will instantly revoke all access tokens and prevent MetricFlow from accessing your Facebook data in the future.
Clear local data
To clear any locally stored auto-rules from your browser, open your browser's Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage and delete entries prefixed with metricflow_. Alternatively, clearing your browser's site data for this domain will remove everything.
